Tonight, I would like to state a few of the things I want to achieve later once I graduate from UPM:

First of all….I want to graduate with an honours degree….After that, I have a project….

its called ‘PROJECT GRADUATE’!

Project Graduate is what I want to achieve after graduation, how I want my future career path to be….

For short, it is what I want to do after graduation…

First of all, I would like to help out my mum operating her kindergarten…..bringing her business up the the next level..

I would help to do the marketing and promoting the kindergarten….
Increasing advertisements….improving teaching Quality….and providing better services to parents and their children…
I will make sure that the business will increase at least 2 folds…

That will be the morning activity…

Besides that, during the evening or night…I would like to operate a TUITION CENTRE in her kindergarten premise..

I would teach both primary school and secondary school children, helping them achive A’s in their subjects..

I will make sure that children will get to improve their weak subject and enhance it for those who already mastered the subject or topic.

Next, I will pursue in the INSURANCE INDUSTRY

I will venture into both life and general insurance, protecting the lives and properties of many people out there…

Bringing a peace of mind to families and businesses…making the world a better place…

Besides that, I will also recruit more agents into the industry….conducting meetings and seminars…

To generate a bigger insurance force….helping to solve the problems and meeting the needs of the citizens of our nations…

As insurance had already been a nessecity in our society….

As a saying goes: You can have it when you do not need it, but you cannot have it when you really need it.

That’s INSURANCE

I have seen what Insurance can do to many people lives….and what can people do with their lives without Insurance.

Finally, I will tap into UPM’s students market…..dealing with businesses involving UPM students…providing them services either in their Academics, Life, or even Business Development opportunity for them…

Thats it!! Let us see how my future will be….I already knew mine…

What about you??

ENJOY!

Needs vs Wants

 need cofee

A part i just read from the book titled ‘Selling Is Simple, If You Don’t Make It Complicated’ by Karl Bach, which I borrowed from my boss long long time ago but didn’t managed to return to him. This is a part where i read it and i just want to post it here since there is nothing to do and i cannot sleep. This part is also important for those who do selling or promotion something to others on their life daily basis. Haha…Feel free to read about it.

When I entered the life insurance business, I was taught by my leaders to sell “needs”. If a man dies, his family needs income; the children need to be educated and so on. I sold these needs for a long time; and suddenly I reallized that this could be wrong, and i thought a better way to sell would be creat a desire, and then sell the “wants”. It didn’t take me long to reallize that selling “wants” was a lot easier than selling “needs”.

At that time, television sets were first introduced to the American public; and although until that time no body had television because it wasn’t produced, it gradually became so that everybody wanted a television set – not because they need one but because of the simple desire. And when later color television was produced, the people who had the black and white sets suddenly became dissatisfied. They did not suddenly need color sets but they wanted them. And so it is with the “need” selling versus the “want” selling.

I learnt that the American family and the American businessman will buy what they want; but before they can want something, they have to desire for it. And that is where we as salesman come in. If we are able to create the desire in our prospect for our product, then there should be no problem in furnishing the product to the prospect.

My entire sales system has been geared to creating this desire and that is what free energy selling is all about.

Life or your car?

Today, cars had been very important part of our lives. We need to use cars to travel around, go to work, bring our kids to school, go for a date and so on. It becomes so important that almost every house hold now days own a car of their own. Some bigger family have even more cars in their home. People tend to buy bigger, powerful, nicer cars to show their own status. Not only you can see big bosses drive luxury cars, you can also see youngsters drive luxury cars now days. The world seemed to be so materialistic and all the focus is given to their cars.

When it comes to insurance, everyone will have to buy insurance for their vehicles because this is a compulsary law. Car insurance must be purchased compulsarily without any cash value in the end of the day but people are still willingly paying for them. The main reason is that the cars they purchased are expencive and they might not want it to be damaged or stolen. They love their car so much they hope the best for their cars, so they insured the cars with comprehensive coverage. Remember, if nothing ever happens to your car, the money paid for the car insurance will not generate any cash value after any amount of years. As a matter of fact, it is considered burnt.

Alright, lets ponder for a moment. Many people are willingly to pay for their car insurance because the car is valueable and important in their life. No returns in the end of the day would not mind because they love their car so much they are willing to sacrifice. However, had we ever thought about our own life? Had we neglected the fact that our life is more important than the vehicles that we drive on? What about that? Did we ever made any effort in insuring our own body and life?

The good news is that it is not too late!

We all know now which is important in our lives, which is our life! Life insurance is a powerful thing to be in insuring the best of your life. The best part is that it is not compulsory, so you can decide to buy it on any ammount you want. And the ammount you pay every month or every year will generate CASH VALUE in the end of the day! You can sell this insurance policy for cash when you feel that you do not need it anymore. How nice is it?

Decide which is more important for you in your life, and act upon giving the best to what you decided to be important for your life.

Why Buy Life Insurance?

life_insurance

Buying life insurance for you and your loved ones helps provide some financial security in times of hardship. The money from your policy will be paid to your loved ones when you pass away or to you should you suffer a total and permanent disability or loss.

Income Tax Relief

You can claim for tax relief of up to a maximum amount of RM6,000 per year for an ordinary life policy. This is inclusive of any contributions you have paid to an approved retirement benefit scheme such as the Employees Provident Fund or other pension scheme.

Why Should I Buy Life Insurance?

  1. To ensure that your immediate family has continuous financial support after you demise.
  2. To finance your children education.
  3. To have a savings plan for the future so that you have a source of income for retirement purpose.
  4. To ensure extra income when you have loss earnings due to illnesses or accidents.
  5. To cover expencive medical bills for you and your family.

What Are The Types Of Insurance Available?

Basicly there are 4 types you can consider:

  1. Life Insurance – It serves as a life protection for you and your family where by it pays you a lump sum of money upon death or permanent disability.
  2. Medical Card – This card is the most useful thing you can ever have especially when you need to visit the hospital. It helps you cover all your hospital expenses and bills. Medical bills now days are way too expencive and the price keeps increasing. Own a medical card to cover the expenses when you really need them. However, you must make sure that you are healthy to get yourself a medical card.
  3. Critical Illness – Basicly this kind of policy covers 36 types of diseases. If you are diagnosed with any of the 36 diseases, you are entitled to get a lump sum of money according to the ammount stated in the policy. Many people lost all their savings and could not work anymore due to the illnesses that they suffer from. The lump sum collected from the insurance can act as a living expenses for those who suffer from critical illnesses.
  4. Personal Accident – We can never be able to prevent from the word accident in our life as accidents happen all the time. Be it a small accident or a serious car accident. This personal accident coverage pays you lump sum of money which is agreeable upon due to the event of permanent disability or death due to accident. Even if you lost your limb, eye, or leg you are still able to claim for the losses.

These are the 4 important types of Insurance you can get from insurance companies. If you had already own the above 4 types, it means you are covered and insured comprehensively. However, comprehensive does not means enough becase the ammount you covered for your life may not be enough.

Value how much are you worth, then decide on the ammount of coverage you want to insured your life with. The more valueable our life worth, the more we need to insure.

Importance of Insurance

medicalWhat do you see on the image beside this? Yes, a nurse holding a breathing device for some patient. What is happening to the patient? Is he sick or going to undergo an operation? Will he recover? Is he feeling pain?

Most of the time we asked questions like the above. We neglected other things in this picture we do not see. Do we asked questions like, how much will it cost for the surgical fees? What about hopstital bills? Who will take care of his family if he cannot go back to work or worse, dies? How will his children going to continue with life after this? Does his wife need to go back to work? What can she probably do if this man passes away or can’t work anymore?

What if, it was you lying down on that bed? What is it feels like when the real problem isn’t the physical pain that we will feel but the financial burden that will occur? Who is going to take care of it? Can we prevent this from happening to us? Will this ever happen to us? GOD knows.

You can own it when you do not need it, but you can’t buy it when you need it – Thats INSURANCE

You may not see the power and beauty of it when you do not need it, but in the time of needs it will surely be there for you – Thats INSURANCE

It’s a waste when we only reallise the importance of it when we do not own it in the time of need – Thats INSURANCE

Savings

 savings

Many people like to have savings. Many people do have savings regardless of its ammount. What does savings really mean in their lifes? What is the purpose of having savings anyway?

People often start to have savings either in the bank, under their beds and so on. Their purpose of savings is so that one day they could use the money in the event of emergencies, future education, investment, retirement and so much more. There are people who do savings in a monthly basis, annual basis, or even on daily basis. The money saved is kept safe for good use in the future when they need it. But do people really save money? Are their actions really follows the purpose of savings? The most common way to see into this is on the location of their savings and the consistency of their savings process.

First of all, where do people normally save their money? Ok, for instance we say BANKS. In Malaysia there are many types of banks we can do our savings. Next, normally when people go to banks, people normally will choose the bank which is closest to their house or where ever they live. This can serve as a convinience when they want to save money into the bank. Because of that convinience, it is also easy for them to go writhdraw their money as well. Besides that, people now days carry ATM cards with them every where they go. So, if you have an ATM card from your savings account, means you will spend most of your time save and then spend. So, this situation does not serve the purpose of SAVINGS.

Second, most people do not save their money consistently. Let’s say we save RM 100 this month, then they missed out the next month and manybe save another RM 100 on the  3rd month. Sooner or later they got too busy and forgot to go to the bank to save their money. We cannot blame anyone on this because we are always busy with our daily lives working, sociallizing, making love and so on… Where do we get the time and urgency on saving? We always think that we do not need so save because we don’t even have enough to SPEND!

The problem now days is that people spend more on what they save. This is an unhealthy situation because we may not know how much we may need it when we really need it, say in the event of emergency. A sudden emergency need due to accident or sicknesses may cost alot. Lack of savings may lead to disaster when emergency emerges. Are we really doing the right thing on savings?

The Ideal Solution is to do your savings through INSURANCE. Yes, this is the best way you can ever choose. Treat your savings as a FORCE savings. Make monthly commitment and make sure you commit yourself into saving your money. Find the right Insurance Plan to save on, depending on the situation you may need your money to be of good use.

Treat your savings seriously and make it consistently. Start it now, because you may not know when it will rain.

Having A Peace of Mind

peace of mind

People often ask for peace of mind, they want happy life, good and security future. Some even hope the best for their children and the next generation. So, I am sure you are one of them. If you are not, then maybe you do have a problem, do you? Haha…no offense ya?

In lives there are always hope. Hope for a better life, better income, better education, better home and so on. People will strive to get that ‘hope’ of theirs no matter what it takes. They give in so much to make sure that ‘hope’ of theirs some day be a dream come true.

The problem is now days, many people do not plan to fail, but they fail to plan. They do not see ahead of what is going to happen. They just work work work and hope some day they will get what they want either for themselves or their family and so on. Sometimes they neglect of the things that would come in the way such as obstacles. Until the time when problems occur, they will stand there and stare at the whole thing. ‘Man, what in the world?’ This is the most common thing in life people do. Work hard but yet they do not achieve what they want in life.

Let say in the event of death, critical major illnesses, accidents….. Who can handle these? Will anyone to be able to achive their so called ‘hopes’? Can anyone even predict the future? Where is PEACE OF MIND when things goes wrong?

Some times, we neglect these small small stuff. We have high pay from our job. We have high earning businesses. We have lots on the bank. But do we ever thought of how bad it would be if one day the unwanted happens? Do we ever sit down to ponder? Well, ponder it now.

1) Death – Who is going to handle lifes expences when the bread winner is gone?? How is the ‘hope’ going to be a dream come true when someone goes away and never return? Will life ever be the same again?

2) Critical illnesses – How is it going to be if one day we suffer from major illness? Will we ever be able to work? Who will want to hire us with our condition? How long can we live before we reach our ‘hope’?

3) Personal accident – What is going to happen if we lost one of our body parts? Lost a limb? An eye? How are we going to practice our daily activities if one of the parts are missing? Will life ever be the same again?

4) Medical bills – Will you ever stop yourself from getting ill? What if that illness is serious that mere fever and headache? How do you feel if some day you found yourself pile up with expensive medical bills? Can you sustain your life after that?

No one, seriously no one would ever want to get close to the above 4 statements that i just ask. But, can we avoid it? No, we cannot. Can we run away from it? Certainly not. That is a part of life we must some day face.

Fortunately, there is still help. We cannot run, hide, or avoid these events from our lives. But, we can COUNTER IT. How? How not to run away or hide from it while still having a PEACE OF MIND? Well, it is easy.

The only way you can remain a peace of mind is through INSURANCE! Yes, of course. Do not get rejected from the idea. Because this is also a fact of life! When no one out there can help you in the event of the unwanted, INSURANCE can help.

It brings back hope, dreams, and of course a PEACE OF MIND. Life Insurance is an intagible product, one may not see the way it works. But it is the most powerful thing to work in the event of the unwanted. It makes sure that food and shelters are still available. You rest assure, the family will live with respect and the dignity to move on in life. Most important we want you to have a good piece of mind at the moment, so that you could concentrate and focus on your destiny and hope.

ENJOY!
