After viewing this video? What is your opinion and your view about it?

I would really apreciate your views and comments about this video.

I believe, many would say that this is a very beautiful and sexy lady.

Many man will want to be with her, sharing the best moments. And many womens and girls will envy her so much, feelings themselves not being able to fight her beauty.

Most of the people in the world today, in our society, looks beauty on the outside. People seek perfection just on the surface, neglecting what is actually hiding inside that unknown.

We can see, most people will feel confidence by looking good, pretty, or handsome. Guys with great looks and manly body will normally get attention and win the girls.

Girls who have the fairest skin and the most astonishing body will always get the guys.

This is the way of life. People perceive themself as ugly just on the surface, because this is the norm of our society – beauty is what we can see.

However, actual beauty actually lies beneith the individual. Being beauty dosen’t mean looking beautiful, but looking good. A person who has self love, is the one holding the true beauty. People with the heart as white as pure, thats beauty. People have the soul of an angel – thats beauty.

Imagine you look into the eye of a handsome guy with masculine body, and you think he is cute.

What if when you turn around and you see him commiting crime, talk rubbish, vulgarity, and worse – no human heart. By that time, will you still see him the same way? Let’s say today you fell in love who is very handsome and 40 years later, does he not turn old? What if he is handsome but unable to provide the family even the most bassic needs-love?

Will the handsome beauty look still provide you a happy life?

What if you saw a pretty hot chick mama with a killer body? I know eevry man wants to be with her, marry her, and sleep with her! But what if she is a cruel heartless bitch, who do not even care about her kids, family, or even you! Who nags you every second when you are around, who never show appreciation to the things that you had done, who had always been demanding for the things that you cannot afford?

Will she be as hot as she used to be?

Beauty is just on the eye of the beholder, and we ourself should be that beholder on ourself, not others.

We should see ourselves as beauty, perfect being created by GOD! By having self-worth, loving ourself, that is beauty. Never focus on the surface beauty because that may not last forever.

Actual beauty comes from within, who we actually are inside us. The clothes that we wear do not make us a beautier person. But we are the one making the clothing looks beautiful. Am I not right?

Beauty on the outside don’t last long, focus on the inner beauty because that is what’s counts, and the good part is- it last forever!

Hope you all have a beautiful life!

ENJOY!

1. Believe

The first key to unleashing your mind power is to simply claim it.

Many people don’t believe they possess extraordinary mind powers and as a result, they inadvertently keep them dormant. Belief in yourself and your capabilities is the most important factor in harnessing your incredible mental gifts.

“Magic is believing in yourself. If you can do that, you can make anything happen.” ~ Foka Gomez

You don’t believe you have mental powers? Try this challenge for a week…

Before you begin each day, simply create it in your mind first. Think of your day exactly the way you would like it to be. Write a list of things you would like to see happen in a journal or notebook for each day.

For example, if you have an upcoming meeting, see it first in your minds eye exactly how you want it to go. Carry these thoughts and pictures with you as you go about your day. Try not to negate them with negative or fearful thinking.

Eventually, you will begin to see a pattern emerge; a pattern which you had a hand in creating! At the end of the week, you will be amazed at how really powerful you are in creating your own reality. Many of the things you wrote in your journal will have transpired.

“Every person is the creation of himself, the image of his own thinking and believing. As individuals think and believe, so they are.” ~ Claude M. Bristol

2. Be Focused

Many people say they understand mental principles like the law of attraction and positive thinking, but one day they’re thinking about one thing, the next day about something else and a week later, they’re involved with something completely different.

Is it any wonder why people don’t get the results they want? People who exhibit strong mental powers have an uncanny ability to concentrate. They’re not scattered or indecisive like most people. If they have a goal, it’s usually sharp, clear-cut and definite.

For example, if they need a certain amount of money, they’re focused on the actual amount and specific steps required to acquire it. Concentration is crucial to harnessing your mental powers …and getting the results you seek.

“Ninety percent of my game is mental. It’s my concentration that has gotten me this far.” ~ Chris Evert

How does one go about developing concentration? By waking up more of your idle brain cells.

“Most of our high-talent brain cells never wake up of their own accord, but remain sleeping slackers and go with us to our graves, unless some emotional experiences wakes them up …develops them.

The most valuable thing that can come into anyone’s life is that book, that proverb, that experience, that person, that emergency or incident that introduces a man or woman to his or her inner unknown powers.” ~ Frank Tibolt, author of A Touch of Greatness.

One excellent way to develop concentration is by writing. In fact, writing forces us to think. It has ten times the power to force us to concentrate and think accurately, exactly, and meaningfully as mere talking or silent pondering.

Forcing yourself to write harnesses a group of brain cells to produce thoughts. If you have a challenging problem or situation, write about it and try to figure it out. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish by focusing your thoughts as you write. But by far the best way to develop concentration and your mind powers is by meditating…

3. Meditate

One thing I found interesting about the Ice Man was that he meditated a lot. Whenever he needed to warm up his body temperature, he became engrossed in thought. By focusing and concentrating on positive thoughts, he was also able to revitalize his dead frozen toes, as I mentioned.

Meditation is a powerful tool for developing your mental powers. Why? Because meditation creates a gateway to your subconscious mind. As any psychologist or personal development expert will tell you…

“All personal changes must take place at the subconscious level.”

“It is in the Silence that you get into touch with the Omnipotent power of the subconscious mind from which all power is evolved.” ~ Charles Haanel

In order to unlock your full human potential – the greatness within you – you must learn how to harness and re-direct your brain’s incredible powers. You must be able to shift your state of mind into optimal patterns of thinking and consciousness.

It is in these optimal mind states where magic and miracles can happen. Only through meditation and contemplation can your reach this place of unlimited mind power.

[If you’re looking for a fast, easy and highly effective way to meditate, take a look at these inexpensive Mind Power SoundScapes. Thousands of people consider them a secret weapon for experiencing deep relaxation, reducing stress (especially around the Holidays) and for getting results.] Our minds are not only our greatest assets, but they’re our greatest liabilities as well. Each of us is born with a vast potential for achievement.

We truly do have unfathomable mind powers at our disposal. How we choose to use and develop our minds, is the one of the biggest factors for our success or failure.

We have the choice to accept life as it happens to us, or we can use our superhuman mind powers to mold and shape it to the way we want it to be.

Let us have a chat with Bob Proctor from ‘The Secret’ and how he reveals the truth about who we are, what world are we living in.

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION!

Let us watch this video for a moment, flash thru our lives and see, what had we actually done with our lives….

Tonight, I would like to state a few of the things I want to achieve later once I graduate from UPM:

First of all….I want to graduate with an honours degree….After that, I have a project….

its called ‘PROJECT GRADUATE’!

Project Graduate is what I want to achieve after graduation, how I want my future career path to be….

For short, it is what I want to do after graduation…

First of all, I would like to help out my mum operating her kindergarten…..bringing her business up the the next level..

I would help to do the marketing and promoting the kindergarten….
Increasing advertisements….improving teaching Quality….and providing better services to parents and their children…
I will make sure that the business will increase at least 2 folds…

That will be the morning activity…

Besides that, during the evening or night…I would like to operate a TUITION CENTRE in her kindergarten premise..

I would teach both primary school and secondary school children, helping them achive A’s in their subjects..

I will make sure that children will get to improve their weak subject and enhance it for those who already mastered the subject or topic.

Next, I will pursue in the INSURANCE INDUSTRY

I will venture into both life and general insurance, protecting the lives and properties of many people out there…

Bringing a peace of mind to families and businesses…making the world a better place…

Besides that, I will also recruit more agents into the industry….conducting meetings and seminars…

To generate a bigger insurance force….helping to solve the problems and meeting the needs of the citizens of our nations…

As insurance had already been a nessecity in our society….

As a saying goes: You can have it when you do not need it, but you cannot have it when you really need it.

That’s INSURANCE

I have seen what Insurance can do to many people lives….and what can people do with their lives without Insurance.

Finally, I will tap into UPM’s students market…..dealing with businesses involving UPM students…providing them services either in their Academics, Life, or even Business Development opportunity for them…

Thats it!! Let us see how my future will be….I already knew mine…

What about you??

ENJOY!

Recently in my Organizational Lecture, my lecturer Mehan introduced us to the term ‘Cognitive Disstortion’ or we can even call it as ‘cognitive dissonance’. You may question what is Cognitive Distortion? What has it got to do with you and your life? Well, as a matter of fact Cognitive Distortion happens in everyone’s everyday life. So, lets get a clearer idea what is Cognitive Distortion ok?

        depression

Cognitive Distortion is a situation when our thoughts are inconsistent with our beliefs. It is “a psychological phenomenon which refers to the discomfort felt at a discrepancy between what you already know or believe, and new information or interpretation. It therefore occurs when there is a need to accommodate new ideas, and it may be necessary for it develop so that we become ‘open’ to them.” It’s that queasy feeling that rises often in your gut online and screams, “I DON’T BELIEVE THAT!”. Cognitive Distortion happens when we feel like doing something but our mental thought tells us ‘it ain’t gonna work!’

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Which came first, the depression or the pessimistic thoughts? I can’t answer the first question, but the answer to the latter may surprise you.

In many cases, depression actually is the result of habitual negative thoughts. When bad things happen, we begin chastising ourselves with thoughts such as: I’m no good, I’m a total failure or Nothing ever goes my way. Our feelings follow what we are thinking, and negative thoughts like these can send us spiraling down into depression.

This concept is the guiding principle behind cognitive therapy, a type of psychotherapy developed by psychiatrist Aaron T. Beck in the 1960s. If we think something often enough, we begin to believe it’s true and our feelings match what we are thinking about ourselves. To conquer depression, we must stop those automatic negative thoughts and replace them with more positive, truthful ones. By nipping these thoughts in the bud, we can halt depression before it even starts.

Cognitive therapy is directed at 10 common cognitive distortions, or faulty thought patterns, that send us into depression. See if you recognize yourself in any of these.

  •  All-or-Nothing Thinking: John recently applied for a promotion in his firm. The job went to another employee with more experience. John wanted this job badly and now feels that he will never be promoted. He feels that he is a total failure in his career.
  • Overgeneralization:  Linda is lonely and often spends most of her time at home. Her friends sometimes ask her to come out for dinner and meet new people. Linda feels that that is it useless to try to meet people. No one really could like her. People are all mean and superficial anyway.
  • Mental Filter:  Mary is having a bad day. As she drives home, a kind gentleman waves her to go ahead of him as she merges into traffic. Later in her trip, another driver cuts her off. She grumbles to herself that there are nothing but rude and insensitive people in her city.
  • Disqualifying the Positive: Rhonda just had her portrait made. Her friend tells her how beautiful she looks. Rhonda brushes aside the compliment by saying that the photographer must have touched up the picture. She never looks that good in real life, she thinks.
  • Jumping to Conclusions: Chuck is waiting for his date at a restaurant. She’s now 20 minutes late. Chuck laments to himself that he must have done something wrong and now she has stood him up. Meanwhile, across town, his date is stuck in traffic.
  • Magnification and Minimization: Scott is playing football. He bungles a play that he’s been practicing for weeks. He later scores the winning touchdown. His teammates compliment him. He tells them he should have played better; the touchdown was just dumb luck.
  • Emotional Reasoning: Laura looks around her untidy house and feels overwhelmed by the prospect of cleaning. She feels that it’s hopeless to even try to clean.
  • Should Statements: David is sitting in his doctor’s waiting room. His doctor is running late. David sits stewing, thinking, “With how much I’m paying him, he should be on time. He ought to have more consideration.” He ends up feeling bitter and resentful.
  • Labeling and Mislabeling: Donna just cheated on her diet. I’m a fat, lazy pig, she thinks.
  • Personalization:
  • Jean’s son is doing poorly in school. She feels that she must be a bad mother. She feels that it’s all her fault that he isn’t studying.

If we ever found any of the above ideas are familiar to us or even happen in our lives, then you are considered to suffer from cognitive distortion. Get motivational advice and motivate yourself to overcome this to happen in your life. You can also refer to the ‘MOTIVATION’ category of my blog to see which that can help you overcome Cognitive Distortion.

Enjoy!
